PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly usable clip board enabling entry by preventing scattering or flipping-up of recording sheets during recording outdoors under strong wind.SOLUTION: The clip board includes a board 1 on which a recording sheet 5 is placed, an outer peripheral frame 2 having a window 2a provided at a center for pressing at least three sides of the outer peripheral part of the recording sheet 5, and a hinge part 3 for rotatably coupling together the butting side edges of the board 1 and the outer peripheral frame 2 and abutting the front surface of the board 1 and the rear surface of the outer peripheral frame 2 on each other during fixing of the recording sheet 5 on the board 1, and the board 1 and/or the outer peripheral frame 2 has a fixing part 4 for fixing or separating the one-side edge parts of the board 1 and the outer peripheral part 2 at a position facing the hinge part 3, and abutting the front surface of the board 1 and the rear surface of the outer peripheral frame 2 on each other during the fixing of the recording sheet 5 on the board 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
