PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a base, a structure that facilitates fixing and releasing operation of the base relative to the floor surface.SOLUTION: The rotation center (fulcrum) of first levers 17, 18, 22 and the rotation center of a second lever 32 are fixed to the base at different positions, so that difference of rotation locus of the first lever and the second lever accompanying the rotation of the first lever is generated. Accordingly, as the second point of action 7 moves closely to the second fulcrum, the dynamic amplification factor of the second lever rapidly increases, with the composite amplification factor stably increased at the second point of action. Consequently, it facilitates operation of fixing and releasing the base relative to the floor surface. Also, between the first lever 18 and the base 3, there is installed a damper P that prevents collision between the two, which eliminates generation of a large sound from collision with the base when the first lever returns.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
