PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool having a function to automatically change a cutting condition.SOLUTION: A machine tool includes: tool cutting condition setting means for setting upper limit values and lower limit values of cutting conditions including a cutting width, a cutting depth and a cutting load of a tool to be used for machining; change condition setting means for setting a range and a change condition of a machining program for changing at least one of the cutting width or the cutting depth of the tool; movement amount change means for changing movement amount of a block for commanding a feed operation of the machining program on the basis of the change condition; load calculation means for calculating a load during cutting from a cutting condition before changing the machining program and change amount of the changed movement amount; and determination means for determining whether the changed movement amount and the calculated cutting load are within the ranges of the upper limit values and lower limit values of the cutting width or the cutting depth and the cutting load, which are set by tool cutting condition setting means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
