PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit, in which gain characteristics of a measurement object can be measured in high precision.SOLUTION: An electronic circuit includes: a measurement object circuit, to which an input signal Sig1 corresponding to an oscillation signal Ref at a desired frequency is applied, for outputting an output signal Sig2; AD converters 41-1 to 41-3 for outputting a digital oscillation signal, a digital input signal, and a digital output signal by AD converting the oscillation signal, the input signal, and the output signal; at least one first phase adjuster 42-1 for outputting a digital oscillation signal with phase adjusted by Hilbert transformation; a second phase adjuster 42-2 for outputting the digital input signal with phase adjusted by Hilbert transformation; a third phase adjuster 42-3 for outputting the digital output signal with phase adjusted by Hilbert transformation; first mixer circuits 43A and 43B, for multiplying output of the first phase adjuster by output of the second phase adjuster; and second mixer circuits 44A and 44B, for multiplying output of the first phase adjuster by output of the third phase adjuster.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
