PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication quality by reducing interference among radio communication terminals under condition that plural radio communication terminals are included.SOLUTION: A server 100 controls a communication made between a first radio communication apparatus 300A and a first outside apparatus 200B, and a communication made between a second radio communication apparatus 300B and a second outside apparatus 200D. When the server 100 receives a connection request from the first radio communication apparatus 300A to the first outside apparatus 200B, and when the second radio communication apparatus 300B is being connected to the second outside apparatus 200D when receiving the connection request, the server 100 connects the first outside apparatus 200B to the second radio communication apparatus 300B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
