PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant voltage circuit capable of detecting a leakage current during a low power supply voltage to output a stable voltage having a power supply voltage level, and a crystal oscillation circuit using the same.SOLUTION: A constant voltage circuit 10 includes a leakage current detection circuit 30 including a leakage current monitor PMOS transistor having a gate and a source grounded to the constant voltage circuit. When a leakage current is detected, even a constant voltage power supply can apply a sufficient voltage to turn on the gate of the output transistor of the constant voltage circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
