PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly adapt to a condition on which a Proximity-based services (ProSe) without a support of a network is performed.SOLUTION: A radio communication terminal 1 is so configured as to transmit attribute information 503 concerning a condition on which at least one of discovery without a support of Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) and direct communication is performed to a remote management server 501.
