<p>This invention is related to the dairy industry, namely to the production or curd snacks. The proposed curd snack with coating is made of a sweet curd mass and coat, which consists of vegetable and/or animal fat, i.e. butter and sugar, milk powder and/or condensed full-cream milk and/or fat-free milk, emulsifier, edible ink, aromatic substance and water at the following mass percentage of components:animal and/or vegetable fat 60-80sugar 10-25milk powder and/or condensed full-cream milkand/or fat-free milk 0.5 - 5emulsifier 0.05-0.5edible ink 0.05-0.3aromatic substance 0.1 -1water 0.5-15Additionally, edible ink and/or aromatic substance and/or fresh, dried or preserved fruit or berries may be added to the sweet curd mass.</p> |
