PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration that data matching the security of a distribution destination are sent without notice of a sender in the case of distribution in the system where information of a database is sent to a mail client being a distribution destination according to an instruction from a mail client of a distribution source. SOLUTION: A distribution data management device 42 checks an account and a password of a distribution object party based on a distribution destination electronic ail address received from a mail server 41 and a security provision file 44. Then the device 42 instructs acquisition of information of a database to a database access device 43 by using the account and the password. The information received from the mail server 41 is given to the device 43 to instruct which data are to be acquired to the device 43. The database access device 43 accesses the database 45 and gives the information to the distribution data management device 42. The distribution data management device 42 returns the received information to the mail server 41 to distribute it to an object distribution destination.
