PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain roll back processing in the case of sending back an electronic mail on the way of its circulation. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a rule storage section 11 that stores roll back processing corresponding to send-back as rule, an address storage section 12 that stores addresses of circulation members, a circulation path storage section 13 that stores an opposite party for send back as circulation path information, a status storage section 14 that stores a current position where an object mail is and a just preceding operation, a trace storage section 15 that stores contents of processing conducted by circulation members, a route acquisition execution section 11 that acquires a current position, a rule stored in the rule storage section 11, and trace information of the trace storage section 15 to execute the rule, a destination acquisition means 22 that acquires an address of the opposite party from the address storage section 1,2, an electronic mail transmission send back means 23 that sends back the electronic mail, and an electronic mail reception means 24 that conducts reception processing of the sent-back mail. |
