PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activity determination system capable of accurately and early determining whether or not a user's brain is active.SOLUTION: An activity determination system 100 includes: a first calculation unit 15b that performs frequency analysis on time series data on pulsation intervals at the time of a user M's sleeping to calculate a sleeping time index, which is a ratio LF/HF of a LF value showing a low frequency component of a periodic variation in the pulsation intervals at the sleeping time to a HF value showing a high frequency component of the periodic variation in the pulsation intervals at the sleeping time; an acquisition unit 15c for acquiring a sleeping time index whose value is the largest of sleeping time indexes in the user M's single sleeping, as a sleeping time maximum index; a second calculation unit 35c that performs frequency analysis on time series data on pulsation intervals at the time of the user M's waking to calculate a waking time index, which is a ratio LF/HF of a LF value showing a low frequency component of a periodic variation in the pulsation intervals at the waking time to a HF value showing a high frequency component of the periodic variation in the pulsation intervals at the waking time; and an activity determination unit 35d for determining that the user M's brain is active, when the waking time index is larger than the sleeping time maximum index.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
