PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor capable of preventing a trouble caused by interference of a thrust plate with another component by firmly fixing and installing even a thin sheet-shaped thrust plate having a plate thickness of 2 mm or less to a thrust bearing part side to prevent movement of the same.SOLUTION: A scroll compressor comprises: a fixed scroll with an end plate fixedly installed to a fixed member; an orbiting scroll meshed with the fixed scroll to form compression chambers and, with the back face of an end plate 11A supported by a thrust bearing part 12, driven in an orbitally turning manner around the fixed scroll; and a thin sheet-shaped thrust plate 17 installed to a thrust bearing face 12A of the thrust bearing part 12 and formed of a wear resistant material on which the back face of the end plate 11A of the orbiting scroll slides. The thrust plate 17 is provided with locking claws 18 of a hook shape that are provided at plural places on the outer periphery and are elastically deformable, and is fixedly installed with hook parts 18A of the locking claws 18 locked to the thrust bearing part 12 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
