PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacitance type touch panel and display device including the electrostatic capacitance type touch panel that attain more suppression of visibility of electrodes in x-y directions in the electrostatic capacitance type touch panel.SOLUTION: An electrostatic capacitance type touch panel is the electrostatic capacitance type touch panel that has at least an electrode and cover panel on a transparent substrate, and the electrostatic capacitance type touch panel comprises a hardened material layer between the electrode and the cover panel. The hardened material layer is formed of a curable composition including organopolysiloxane having a -Q-Rf group to be bonded to silicon atom (Q is directly bonded or a divalent hydrocarbon group, and Rf is a perfluoroalkyl group with a carbon atom number of 1 to 12).SELECTED DRAWING: None
