<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil-resistant treating material for a mortar applied surface, with which excellent soil resisting and removing properties are imparted to the mortar applied surface while maintaining a mortar function, and to provide a finishing method of the mortar applied surface using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The delustering soil-resistant treating material for the mortar applied surface includes a silicone resin emulsion, a wetting agent, a delustering agent, and a thickening agent, wherein the compounding ratio of the silicone resin emulsion is 2-30 mass% in terms of solid contents, and the compounding ratio of the wetting agent is 0.8-20 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the solid contents of the silicone resin emulsion. It is desirable to use the delustering soil-resistant treating material for the mortar applied surface in such a way that the solid contents of the silicone resin emulsion is 2-25 g/m<SP>2</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
