PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bamboo powder production apparatus and a bamboo powder production method by which cracking of a trunk material of a bamboo as a processing object can be suppressed.SOLUTION: One end of a trunk material 101 is supported by a support part 20, and the other end thereof is located on a pulverization part. The one end of the trunk material 101 is accommodated in a concaved part 24 provided on the support part 20. The concaved part 24 is provided with an insertion part 26. The insertion part 26 is inserted in a cavity of the one end of the trunk material 101, and is so configured that an entire length of the insertion part is contracted when a tip thereof is brought into contact with a node of the trunk material 101 and pressed. The trunk material 101 is rotated in association with rotation of the concaved part 24, and at the same time, the support part 20 and the pulverization approach each other, whereby the trunk material 101 is pulverized from the other end side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
