PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine capable of improving a space factor of a coil included in a core of a stator of the rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine comprises: a rotor which is rotated around a shaft; a stator core which includes an annular yoke disposed around the shaft and a plurality of teeth protruding from a side of the shaft of the yoke to the shaft, disposed outside of the rotor in a direction orthogonal with the shaft, and arrayed in a circumferential direction of the yoke and in which an interval between the neighboring teeth becomes a slot; a flange part 21 which is expanded along an end face of the stator core in an axial direction; and an insulator 20 which covers at least a part of an inner surface of the slot in the axial direction to a surface where the teeth oppose the rotor, includes a trunk 22 coupled with the flange part, and is fitted to the slot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
