PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device capable of reducing the loss of both light incident on a color conversion layer and light emitted from the color conversion layer, and to provide a display device, a lighting device, and an electronic apparatus each including the light-emitting device.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 100 includes: an organic EL element substrate 10 which has a substrate 11, an organic EL layer 41 provided on one surface 11a of the substrate 11, and a second electrode 43 (transparent electrode) provided on the organic EL layer 41; and a color conversion layer 23 provided on the second electrode 43. In a resin constituting the color conversion layer 23, the refractive index of light having a wavelength of 600 nm or less is higher than that of light having a wavelength exceeding 600 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
