摘要 The invention relates to the production of highly affine nucleic acid molecules (nucleic acid-aptameres or nucleic acid-ligands). Such highly affine nucleic acid molecules contain functional groups for specific recognition of target molecules and are characterized in that they avail of 2'-aminosugar in the pyrimidine-nucleotides and that functional groups are linked throughe the amino group to the least internal 2'-aminosugar of said pyrimidine-nucleotides. The functional group enables an increased lipophilicity or any other additional property in the bonding domain to be determined: the highly affine nucleic acid molecules can be used for applications resting upon the specific interaction with the target molecule concerned. A great bonding affinity, a great bonding specificity and, at the same time, an ensured stability with regard to nucleases enable such nucleic acid to be used for both diagnostic - in vitro, ex vivo and in vivo - and therapeutic purposes, for example for stimulating or inhibiting physiological processes or for drug targeting.
