<p>The mechanism delivers items such as resistances to a processing machine, having two vertical parallel guide slot for the item connector wires, while two transporter discs run past the guide slot ends, having transverse grooves for the items emerging. The grooves (6) are of wide and deep wedge section, and there is a barrier slide (7) working to and fro at a height above each disc (5) equal to the diameter of the connector wire. This blocks the path of the items (4) as they emerge from the mouth (36) of the guide slot (34). It reciprocates at a rate to match the number of grooves and the peripheral speed of the discs.</p> |
