<p>The ladder, which can be dismantled, is made up from four or more ladder components, joined to each other by lockable pairs of hinges, with four fixed end pieces which may also be telescopically insertable into the stringers, which are fitted with a splay-preventing device. One pair of hinges (5, 6, 7) is detachably connected by means of a lockable plug-bolt (12), and there are two end pieces, (8) on half-hinges in the pair (5a, 5b) which can be set in place, together with this plug-bolt, with one side in the form of a matching hinge counterpiece, and the other side in the form of an end cap. These can be locked to the stringer (10) with the hinge counterpiece.</p> |
