<p>The diaphragm type pressure expansion tank is used in hot water central heating system. The housing has chamber connected to the heating circuit and the chamber has partitioning diaphragm for a gas filled compression chamber, this ensures that the volume reduction during the night does not result in entry of air into the heating radiator valve. The system has one chamber connected to primary circuit and other chamber to the secondary circuit. Within the housing (12) are arranged two partition chambers (17' and 17") which are connected to a given heating circuit. The cylindrical housing has diaphragm matched to the housing shape. This diaphragm is connected over housing cross section with the housing walls so that it is sealed. Diaphragm can be pressed against the housing wall by a ring (15).</p> |
