<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated member for cushioning having high accuracy without the deviation of punching, by making a composite member by adhering a sheet layer for base member to a plate member, and at the same time by punching the outer periphery of a product with a product forming blade. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin sheet layer 1 for base member and a laminated sheet 3 of continuous strip form consisting of thermoplastic resin adhesives layer 2 having a heat deformation temperature lower by more than 15 deg.C than that of the resin of the base member sheet layer are melted by heating in a heating apparatus 6. Thereafter they are charged into a vacuum molding laminating apparatus 9, and vacuum molded by a top force 10 for vacuum molding to form a projected portion 21. Simultaneously with a bottom force 11, a plate member 18 is contact bonded to the adhesive layer 2 at molten state through a cushioning material 19. A composite member 24 where punched notching line 23 is applied at required site between air chamber 22 is formed with a punching blade 16. A product cut down from these punched notching line 23 is the product without the deviation of punching, and having a high accuracy of outer peripheral form.</p> |
