PURPOSE:To obtain the titled stripping device for tire in a tire vulcanizer, having an ability to protect the tire vulcanizer from damage and also to prevent the coming-off of bead, by a method wherein which the rotary center angle of a lever for driving a sector chuck plate is set within a specific range and the plate is supported at two points by a parallel link provided. CONSTITUTION:By setting the rotary center angle alpha of a lever at about 80- 100 deg., preferably 90 deg., a sector chuck plate 22 is moved almost horizontally outwards and opened, and the bead part of a tire 33 is put between the upside of the outer end of the plate 22 and a bead ring 31. Since a parallel link 21 is provided and the plate 22 is pivotally supported at two points, the amount of play encountered when opening or closing the sector plate 22 is greatly lessened and the amount of off-centering is also reduced. |
