CONTROL CIRCUIT FOR INJECTION PROCESS

PURPOSE:To exactly stop the action of an injection plunger on the ending of charging process by using a system in which the sectional area of pipeline is altered by means of a direction switching valve or a flow rate control valve provided in the pipline of the working oil return port of an oil-pressure cylinder for injection. CONSTITUTION:During the injection process of an oil-pressure cylinder 2, the working oil return port 4 of a return side oil chamber 2a is connected to its pipeline 5 provided with a direction switching valve 6. Since two ways of circuits inclusive of a circuit through which working oil returns through a pipeline 8 provided with a flow rate controlling valve 7 can be selected and also the sectional area of the pipeline 8 can be altered by the flow rate controlling valve 7, any deceleration characteristic can be obtained.
