<p>PURPOSE:To inexpensively prepare various kinds of automobile trim parts, by a method wherein a waste material after the molding of polyvinyl chloride having appropriate additives mixed therein is crushed into chips and a stabilizer is added to and mixed in said chips to perform molding. CONSTITUTION:A waste material after a resin composition containing vinyl chloride resin as an essential component and prepared by mixing appropriate additives in a mixed synthetic resin component comprising compounding said resin in a largest amount as compared with the other resin mixture is molded into a product is crushed into chips. Subsequently, a stabilizer (e.g., Ba-Ca type, Ba-Zn type or Pb type org. liquid substance) and a pigment (e.g., carbon black) are added to and mixed in said crushed chips. The obtained resin compound is molded into trim parts, for example, duct hoses or inner fenders by a usual injection molding machine or blow molding machine. These trim parts show high heat insulating property due to a large amount of vinyl chloride resin being included while being inexpensive.</p> |
