PURPOSE:To certainly and rapidly perform the adjustment of a die slit gap, in the titled apparatus for successively adjusting each die bolt by using one rotary apparatus, by returning the displacement amount of a movable die lip detected by a differential transformer to a rotary apparatus driving source. CONSTITUTION:The displacement amount of the die bolt 6 of a movable die lip 4 is detected through the displacement tie rod in a socket 11 by a differential transformer 17 and sent to an operation apparatus 25 through a converter 34. After the socket 11 is moved to the position corresponding to the movable die lip 4 to be adjusted on the basis of the data obtained in a thickness measuring apparatus 24, said socket is advanced through an air cylinder and the leading end thereof is brought into engagement with an adjustment nut 8 (the displacement amount of the die bolt 6 is simultaneously measured) and the adjustment nut 8 is subsequently rotated along with the socket 11 on the basis of the order of the operation apparatus 25 through a drive unit 33 while the die bolt 6 (i.e., the movable die lip 4) is advanced and retracted to adjust the slit gap 5 of a die 1. |
