PURPOSE:To exactly perform the warning and processing against a lack of lubrication by ripplingly feeding lubricating oil to a bearing via an air flow in a feed monitor of lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION:Compressed air is fed to an air/oil mixer 7 and an oil feed pipe 8 from a compressor 1 through an air feed valve 2, and lubricating oil is fed to the air/oil mixer 7 from an oil tank 4 by a command of a drip oil quantity command unit 6. This lubricating oil is ripplingly fed to a bearing through the oil feed pipe 8 by an air flow. On the other hand, a waveform is detected at a transparent section near the bearing 9 of the oil feed pipe 8 using a light projector 11, a light receiver 12, and a thickness detector 14. A judging unit comparing the signal from the detector 14 with the reference frequency of the wave judges and generates a warning. Thereby, lubricating oil is fed without being atomized and the monitor position can be provided near the bearing, thus the feed condition can be exactly detected. |
