PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the obstruction of side air bag deployment. SOLUTION: A seat back cover 5 is composed of a front face cover portion 51, a side face gusset cover portion 52, and a back face cover portion 53 all sewn together. A side cover portion 520 of the side face gusset cover portion 52 which is located at a portion which covers the face portion of one side in which the side air bag of the seat back is housed has a longitudinal slit 9 near the center. Both lateral edges of the slit 9 overlap with each other, thereby hiding the slit 9. As a result, the side air bag is able to deploy from the slit 9 of the side cover without being obstructed. In addition, because both lateral edges of the slit 9 overlap with each other, the aesthetics are not diminished due to the slit 9 being visible. |
