PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the wear resistance of metallic layers of parts having metallic gloss of a game machine and to enable the recycling of synthetic resins. SOLUTION: Transfer films 30d are formed by laminating a release layer 3, a UV curing layer 4, a coloring layer 5, a vapor deposited metal layer 6 and an adhesive layer 8 in this order on a transparent film 2. These transfer films are stuck to a base material 50 by the adhesive layer 8 and the transparent film 2 is stripped. The UV curing resin of the UV curing layer 4 is cured by irradiation with UV rays after or before the sticking. The vapor deposited metal layers of the parts having the metallic gloss of the game machine are covered and protected by the UV curing layers and, therefore, the parts have the excellent wear resistance and do not give rise to the wear and peeling of the vapor deposited metal layers even under such severe use conditions under which the parts come into frequent collision with, (or example, game balls. Since the vapor deposition quantity of the metals for applying the metallic gloss is extremely slight, such quantity is of no problem at the time of recycling of the parts (synthetic resins) having the metallic gloss of the game machine. |
