PURPOSE:To attain the conference as if participants were gathered at one location by providing a master server, a conference server, a domain server, a document server, a data communication equipment and telephone sets. CONSTITUTION:The system consists of a 1st domain 15 comprising a master server 11, a conference server 12, a domain server 13, plural clients 14 and a LAM 16, of a 2nd domain 15 comprising a domain server 13, plural clients 14, a LAN 16 and a document server 20, a 3rd domain 5 comprising a domain server 13, plural clients 14 and a LAN 16, of two PBXes 19 and data communication equipment. Then as communication media, voice, text, graph, image, hand- writing, and moving picture are used. Thus, the conference is proceeded nearly the same as the conference where participants are gathered actually. Moreover, generated and edited documents are stored in a computer and they are retrieved, displayed and edited later.
