PURPOSE:To improve binder removal, adhesivity to conductive materials and volume resistivity and to provide excellent electric characteristics even by calcination in a non-oxidizing atmosphere by blending an inorganic dielectric material comprising an electrical insulating glass and an organic binder with a finally granulated inorganic peroxide. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic dielectric material comprising an electrical insulating glass such as crystalline glass of SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-ZnO-TiO2 and an organic binder (preferably poly(meth)acrylic based resin) is blended 0.1-40wt.% inorganic peroxide having 0.5-1.0mum average particle diameter and, if necessary, a filler of refractory substance such as alumina or zirconia and/or oxide filler such as cobalt oxide or zinc oxide to give a ceramic composition for electrical insulating materials. At least one of calcium peroxide, barium peroxide, zinc peroxide and cadmium oxide is used as the inorganic peroxide and calcium peroxide is preferable among the inorganic peroxides. |
