发明名称 HIGHLY CRYSTALLINE PROPYLENE POLYMER COMPOSITION
摘要 PURPOSE:To prepare a propylene polymer compsn. having a high crystallization temp. and improved rigidity and transparency by polymerizing a specified amt. of 3-methylpentne-1 in the presence of a specific catalyst and then polymerizing propylene. CONSTITUTION:In the presence of a catalyst comprising a solid titanium trichloride catalyst complex (having a ratio of the number of atoms of Al/Ti of 0.15 or lower), an organoaluminum compd. (in such an amt. that its molar ratio to Ti in the titanium trichloride catalyst complex is 0.1-100, pref. 0.2-10), and an electron-donating compd. (a stereoregularity improver, pref. a carboxylic ester such as methyl methacrylate), 10g or higher, pref. 15g or higher of 3- methylpentate-1 (based on 1g of the catalyst) is polymerized. Then, 500g or higher, pref. 2000g or higher, propylene or propylene and another 2-18C alpha-olefin (based on 1g of the catalyst) are polymerized to give a highly crystalline propylene polymer compsn. The amt. of 3-methylpentene-1 polymer contained in the resulting propylene polymer compsn. is adjusted to be 0.01-20wt.%, pref. 0.05-5wt.%.
