PURPOSE:To maintain the filling ratio of two kinds of materials to be packaged at a specified value at all times by discharging a fixed amount of the materials according to a specified packaging ratio and feeding the materials into a space between films for packaging after the materials are mixed with each other by a mixer. CONSTITUTION:In supplying two kinds of liquids in a specified ratio, the respective liquids 11, 12 are pumped up in a fixed amount of each liquid at a time by pumps 13, 14. Both the liquids 11, 12 are allowed to flow into a motionless mixer, in which both the liquids 11, 12 are well mixed together irrespective of their differences in specific gravity. The mixed liquid of both the liquid 11, 12 is then fed into a space between films for packaging through a feeding nozzle 8. By this method, the two kinds of the liquids 11, 12 are thoroughly uniformly mixed with each other to be fed into the space between the films. Therefore, separation of the liquids from each other, which may be caused due to the difference in specific gravity, can be effectively prevented. |
