PURPOSE:To realize the simplification, increase in speed, and miniaturization of device and treatment, and measure the precise position of a subject system by using one imaging system and adding a variable aperture stop. CONSTITUTION:An aperture diameter changing means 12 receives the trigger from an edge detecting means 15 to change the diameter of a diaphragm 11. An input device operating means 14 moves an image input device 13 by the input from the means 15 and transmits the image data to the means 15. A position detecting means 18 calculates the position of a subject system corresponding to the edge data from the edge data from an AND comparing means 17 and the focus distance of an imaging system 10, and records the result in an object record memory 19. Each means is operated in this way, whereby the position of the edge of the subject system can be detected. Since the AND of the edge data before and after changing the diaphragm is taken, the true imaging point can be easily determined. |
