ELECTRODE FOR CATHODIC LIBERATION OF HYDROGEN

摘要

An electrode for cathodic liberation of hydrogen produced by the technology of powder metallurgy, consisting of an inner layer, made up of electrochemically active porous hydrophilic material, whose overstrain value for eliminating hydrogen reaches a maximum of 0.25 V, and outer layer of porous hydrophilic material with overstrain for eliminating hydrogen in a range from 0.3 to 0.4 V. The outer washing layer is further equipped with a coating of hydrophilic metal material with overstrain in a range from 0.5 to 1.5 V.
