The device for collecting and separating rods consists of feed conveyors (2) with rollers (1) ended by pawls (3). Between the rollers (1), plumb to the feed conveyors (2), there are tracks (4) with trucks (5). Parallel to the tracks (4) there are fixed bars (12). The trucks (5) are interconnected with rods (7). They have unequal lengths of bearing surface (6) and their number on each track (4) equals the number of feed conveyors (2). The fixed bars (12) are located before the second and other feed conveyors (2), whereas behind the last feed conveyor (2) there is a delivery grate (13).<IMAGE>
