PURPOSE:To provide a heat-resisting insulated wire continuously usable even under a high-temperature environment of 400 deg.C or more while having markedly improved heat resistance. CONSTITUTION:Heat-resisting paint mainly composed of polycarbosilane resin, polysilazane resin and an inorganic filler is applied to a conductor 1 and this is fired under an oxidation or non-oxidation atmosphere so as to be formed into a first insulating layer 2. Thereon, polycarbosilane paint or polysilazane paint is applied as over-coating for being fired under an atmosphere capable of nitride reaction in order to form a second insulating layer 3. |
