PURPOSE:To implement accurately a window job such as information of an exchange processing time on each sales office for customers by collecting the processing state of electronic slips collected by the district center from terminal equipments of each sales office and displaying the result of the collection onto terminal equipments of each sales office and the district center in a real time and to attain an efficient job taking priority into account by informing the exchange processing state to the operator of the district center. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with an electronic slip file 22 storing electronic slips sent from a terminal equipment of a sales office, an exchange processing terminal equipment 3 processing the electronic slips, and an electronic slip management section 13 incrementing a content of an unprocessed state counter by 1 when an electronic slip is stored, increasing the content of a correction processing state counter by 1 when an electronic slip is extracted, and increasing the content of a finished processing state counter by 1 when an electronic slip is transmitted, informs and displays the result of collection of the processing states of each electronic slip on terminal equipments of each sales office and/or displays the result on the exchange processing terminal equipment 3 to inform the resident state of the exchange transfer processing to the operator. |
