PURPOSE:To eliminate an erroneous input of a payment number in an electronic approval of the accounting system, to prevent a payment error, and also, to reduce a work burden of an approval input person. CONSTITUTION:The device consists of a payment request terminal 1 having a printer 11, a payment approval terminal 2 having a bar-code reader 21, a payment data file 4 for storing payment data, and a center computer 3. A payment data registering means 31 stores the payment data from the payment request terminal 1 in the payment data file 4, and also, a bar-code printing means 32 allows the printer 11 to print a payment request form in which a payment number is shown by a bar-code. When a bar-code of an approved payment request form is read by the bar-code reader 21, a bar-code reading means 33 reads in the payment data of the payment number concerned from the payment data file 4, a payment data display means 34 allows the payment approval terminal 2 to display it, and when its confirmation is received, a payment data updating means 35 imparts a flag of approval to the payment data concerned and updates it. |
