PURPOSE:To prevent a phase locked loop from being locked in mistake with a delay wave due to multi-path when synchronization is acquired with the sliding correlation method. CONSTITUTION:A frequency fPN2 of a receiver side PN code generating clock signal CK2 oscillated from a VCO 32 at synchronization acquisition is set lower than a frequency fPN1 of a sender side PN code generating clock signal CK1. Thus, even when a multi-path takes place, since the receiver side PN code PN2 is delayed from the sender side PN code PN1 relatively, the code PNs is coincident early with the sender side PN code PN1 of a direct wave and then synchronization acquisition is executed. When the synchronization acquisition is finished, a switch 40 is thrown to the position of a contact (b) to close a delay lock loop 44, which maintains the synchronization. |
