<p>PURPOSE: To realize a process pass check in a production line, where a process pass is changed at each time, such as the production line of including modification/repair. CONSTITUTION: All condition transition picked from a process pass pattern, determined by various factors of modification or the like to branch variously, is stored as a master data in a process pass check pattern information storage part 1, and the reported condition transition and master data, obtained from a result content reported in the preceding time to be stored in a process result information storage part 2 and from a present result report content input from a console 5, are collated in a pass decision part 3, to perform a process pass check. In this way, preparing the master data and collating the data relating to the process pass of the result report content with the master data are facilitated.</p> |
