<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure prevention of illegal use of a vehicle for lease by allowing a main station to examine at least an amount of limited use in accordance with an actual value transmitted from a vehicle after receiving an information signal and to transmit an operable signal only when finding no violation against the limited use. SOLUTION: In a lease contract, an agreement for use of a vehicle is made between a lessor and a lessee prior to individual leasing in a step 301. Information about the agreement for use of the vehicle is conveyed from the lessor to a main station in a step 302. Data for limited use agreed for the vehicle is stored in a data file belonging to the vehicle at the main station for monitoring the observance of the limited use in a step 303. When the door of the vehicle is open at a step 304 or 305, whether the vehicle is normally used or not is examined in a step 306. If it is not, whether the remainder of the vehicle is used or not is examined in a step 307.</p> |
