PURPOSE: To provide an unidirectionally rotary engaging type twin-screw extruder in which a high extrusion amount can be assured and the problem of thermal deterioration is small. CONSTITUTION: A twin-screw extruder comprises screw flights 5', 6' provided at two screws 3, 4, to engage, transport and knead resin material at two screws 3, 4 in such a manner that the screws 3, 4 are rotatably driven in the same direction in a cylinder barrel 1, wherein the thickness (h) of the end of the flight 5' of the first screw 3 is thin, and the thickness H of the end of the flight 6' of the second screw is thick. |
