<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a disposable and expandable blood pressure cuff intended to be used by only one patient, by sealing an inner stretchable resin component and an outer non-stretchable paper component with one another by heat-sealing or the like. CONSTITUTION: An outer component layer 4 having a basic component layer formed by a layer structure containing a non-stretchable paper layer is sealed with an inner component 8 formed by stretchable resin materials, such as polyethelene, on the periphery 6 to form an interior cavity 10, which is expanded with the stretchable component 8 expanding toward the limb of a patient to close the blood vessel in the limb to enable oscillation or ausculation hemodynambmetry. A male luer component 12 is fitted in the opening 14 in the outer component layer 4, which is operative to directly join the luer component fitted on a blood pressure monitor inflation/deflation line when the cuff 2 is inflated and deflated.</p> |
