PURPOSE: To make tensile force make without being affected by the degree of stored wire quantity by adding means for controlling a tensile force- generating means attached to a body part consisting of a fixed pulley and a movable pulley. CONSTITUTION: A rotation sensor 13 detects the rotating speed of a movable pulley. The rotation sensor 13 and a converter 14 detect and convert the rotating direction and the rotating speed for absorbing difference in a small state between delivery quantity and winding quantity as far as the position of the movable pulley 5. An output signal is inputted to a correction amplifier 16. Where, a signal relating to reference tensile force set by means of a tensile force setting device 15 is inputted to the correction amplifier 16. Addition and subtraction based on both the signals are done. Inputting a correction signal providing appropriate tensile force to a clutch power supply 17 generates appropriate torque in a clutch 11 of a tensile force-generating means. Thus, wire storage can be performed with low tensile force without being affected by a variation in weight or mechanical loss of a linear body.
