<p>PURPOSE: To provide an electric connection box, which prevents infiltration of rain water, shows little disconnection and breakdown of a cover by external force, simplifies working, improves assembling workability, reduces the cost, and secures the freedom in the process schedule. CONSTITUTION: An electric-part containing box 1, which is constituted by assembling a lower cover 5 to the lower end of a composite block 3 containing electric parts, has an opening part 5A extending in the vertical direction to the side wall of the lower cover 5, guide rails 5B at the periphery of the opening part 5A and a disconnection preventing rib 5C at the neighborhood of the guide rails 5B. Furthermore, an electric wire cover 2, which is sliding on the guide rails 5B and can be attached and removed, has a guide-rail coupling part 2D, which is coupled with the guide rails 5B, an inner rib 2E and a semicylindrical hood 2B, which is continuously provided in the outward direction from a main body 2A of the electric wire cover, and whose lower end is opened.</p> |
