PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the cap of the sample collector of a sample container, wherein the sampling of the sample at the lower-layer part of a storing tank can be performed readily, quickly, securely a safely by applying this principle. SOLUTION: The shape of a cap 5 of a sample collector for crude oil and petroleum product in a JIS-K-2251 tank or the like is made to be a cap shape. Then, the length of an arm 6, which is connected to the upper surface part or the side-wall surface part of the cap 5, is set in the range wherein the cap 5 set in the sample collector 1 can be removed and attached by utilizing this principle. |
