PURPOSE:To enhance the vaporizing efficiency of the vaporizer by providing an air mixing means to mix the compressed air on the upstream side of the vaporizer. CONSTITUTION:While the compressed air is mixed at the outlet side of the vaporizer, the compressed air is also mixed in the liquid to be vaporized at the inlet side. For example, the piping 12, to be used for taking out the compressed air for accelerating vaporization in the vaporizers 6b, 7b and 7c, is connected with the air supply tube 4 to supply the compressed air into the storage tank 3, and the other end of the said piping 12 is branched into the T-shape, each of the branches being connected into the space between the outlets of vaporizers 6b, 7b and 7c and the inlets of flow meters 6a and 7a through the closing valves 13 and 14 respectively. The piping 12 and the closing valves 13 and 14 constitute an air mixing means, and Freon passing through the flow meters 6 and 7 is mixed with the compressed air and then compressively transferred to the vaporizers 6b, 7b or 7c.
