PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which is convenient for an operator and can improve operability. SOLUTION: A setting card recording the setting information of image formation conditions and a visually comprehensible pattern expressing that setting information in pictures or characters is set onto an original placing table and a start key on a control panel is pushed down so that the setting information recorded in the setting card can be optically read by a scanner part 101 and recognized by an image processing part 103. Thus, the image formation conditions are set to a setting data table provided inside the RAM of a basic part CPU 108. |
