<p>The title compds. (I) and its pharmaceutically active acid addn. salts, alk. metal salts, alk. earth metal salts and hydrates are prepd. by reacting 7-chloro-1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-1,4-dihydro -4- oxoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid with piperazine derivs.. R1=H or hydroxyl substd. C1-12 alkyl; R2,R3,R4 and R5 are same or not, H or C1-2 alkyl, at least one of R2,and R5 is alkyl. (I) are useful as an antibacterial agent and feed-additive.</p> |
